Phylogenesis is a collection of 12 jewellery pieces.
Phylogenesis (from greek “species”) indicates the ‘growing form” and its development in three dimensional space. 4 geometrical categories x 4 design operations. The pictures selected come from little fractals and geometrical patterns, like politopi and tessellations, which reveal very clearly this dinamic movement and transformation. The simbolical minimal shapes are recombined together reflecting on the variations and the modularity of each same shape. The figures are added, traslated, and finally are sewing together with silk thread in order to create archaic and compositive systems of geometries.
